I don't know her at all but I note the following:

- Location. Lots of fake ads will say "call me", or something generic so they can use the same ad for many places. This says "Akron / Cleveland".

I agree the actual business time for QV is usually no more than 20 minutes. That leaves you 10 minutes of one way drive time in your 40 minutes scenario.
