I can say for facts life has been much better on the other side of the fence as of right now! My wallet is happier and I'm sitting back observing these posts and laughing my ass off at those dropping that kind of money. It's not just demand but also supply issues that do affect price. Ridiculous amounts of free government money handed out the past couple of years. Once that all dries up people will have to go back to work. More supply = lower price options. Having said that, there will always be a high end market and prices the average person cannot relate to. I add another 2 cents on the Racheal thread. I shake my head at some of the comments. I don't understand the need to put her down and make fun of her. A little gap in the front teeth? That's minor.
