Same should go for all drugs as well as prostitution. That way its not out in the open (I don't think anyone wants streetwalkers running around their neighborhood, but behind closed doors it is harmless) but people can still do what they want, and the courts can get their money too so they arent breathing down taxpayers necks and enforcing petty victimless misdemeanors to get money. Because at the end of the day, that's the only reason they enforce vice crimes, to bilk money out of people.

Before moving to NE Ohio, I lived in an affluent city in the OC, CA. , it has the lowest crime rate in the country 10 years or more, demographically 60% white, 40% Asian. At any given time there are literally 40-50 AMPs operating with very little attempt to disguise what they do and when they close its they just move down the street, there are no big sweeps or busts to embarrass people or the city. They don't have a drug problem, averaging less than a murder every year. Focus on real crime and this is the result.

I actually saw her pop up on the Summit County Jail roster a couple weeks ago. She looked like she just got done being a zombie in The Walking Dead. No hair, sunken eyes. She did not look good. At all.
