Judgement day for an Akron woman accused of stabbing and robbing a man earlier this year.

On Friday, a jury found 22-year old Sanyale Maple guilty of aggravated robbery and felonious assault against a man in early January.

According to the prosecutor's office, Maple agreed to perfrom oral sex on the victim for money. When he went to pay her, she saw a large amount of money in his wallet and demanded more than what they had agreed on.

Maple then pulled a small pocket knife on the man and demanded more money. When the victim refused again, Maple repeatedly stabbed him in the hand. Upon fleeing the victims car, Maple also took the money that fell out of his wallet during the struggle.

Sanyale Maple will be sentenced by Judge Robert Gippin in April.
