Throughout the entire report, police referred to the website as a "hookup" site and meet up with a "companion. " The only "illegal" activity mentioned in the entire news report was the "alleged" robbery and false imprisonment. I mean there is no security camera footage of this gentleman at an ATM or entering the Western Union.
