Decided to take a break from my moratorium, (too long of a dry spell) and pay a visit to this young lady. Decent neighborhood, close to U of A. Not sure what more you need to know. From the "review", we do know the following about Katy:

1. Not GFE.

2. Difficult to get a hold of.
