You are correct and your memory is accurate. I used to go there quite often. In fact, my first wife worked there for a while, and then mostly at Pete's club in Barberton. Her first name was Denise, which she actually used while dancing.

Thanks for the response! My favorite in Stow was a tall AA dancer named Alexis. She was a KSU student at the time. There also was a dancer who went by the name Julie. She went on to join a lesbian band called Fem-to-Fem that toured and appeared on Howard Stern's show. They also posed nude in Playboy. I have lots of great memories of that place.

What was odd was how so few of the girls went on to work at the new club in the Falls. When it moved, I also spent most of my time at the Barberton club. If I could ask, what did your first wife look like? I'm pretty sure I would have seen her at some point.

Hey loves. There is a new bar in Akron just opened. No hole in the wall. Nice VIP with curtains. Dancers are there from 11 am. To close. That's good for those who need some day time entertainment. Checked it out yesterday and got a treated NICE by Hilary. 935 brown st. Currently called The Spot but I think the name is changing. Anyway I had a good time! Left smiling!

Pete's a good guy. Do any of you remember when this club was in Stow? It was awesome. It was located in a strip mall beside a shoe store and another business, near a Big Lots and a drug store. A lot of hot girls from Kent State worked there. If I remember, and the story is accurate, he moved the business because of all the police harassment. It was a great club, and any trouble was rare, but Stow didn't want it there so he moved Desiree's to the Falls. I don't think his business was ever as good again.

Went to Fox Haven after not having gone in a while. It was early evening, and only two girls. Both AA, one was thin and athletic, and pretty cute, the other was built like a short linebacker. In my experience, there often is a cutie there. Apparently newer ownership, and have to buy the girl a drink before getting dances. Pretty expensive ($17), which is not worth it, especially if owner is there, as then dances are lame. Came out smoky too, which is a hassle.

Interesting info on Jessica. I just had somebody else warn me about her. OGD might want to clean up its act a bit. With the latest bust of a customer and two dancers, the attention of LEO has to be on them. The last time I was there, I hit the place in the early afternoon. Of the six dancers working, three were in pretty bad shape -- glassy eyed and stumbling around. With crap like that going down, do any of you really want to risk having fun in the VIP if LEO decides to visit again?
