This place is definitely more of a hangout bar than a strip club. Drinks are cheaper than other strip clubs. The owner Melissa is there usually during the day bartending and is very cool (and cute). They let people smoke in the bar so be aware if that bothers you. VIP is nicer than some of the other dives in the area. Most of the girls do not offer extras in VIP, but as noted some will for the right price. You will pay more here than OGD or Lustys, but if you find a girl you like the extra $40 "tax" for a clean VIP might be worth it. Usually not very many girls working though.
