One constant is that the more girls that know you, the more you can get away with. Long time regular customers get much better service but are a frequent cause for friction among the dancers. They compete for regular clients, and if one dancer "steals" a regular from another higher ranking girl (or one of the higher-ranked girls current friends) it causes problems. The alliances seem to shift constantly based on who is getting along with who. It really should be a reality show. I'm only able to follow it because I know a few of the girls and I get to listen to them talk trash about whoever is out of favor at the moment.

It seems Michelle is out of favor at the moment, so she can't get away with much inside the club. She either stole someone's regular or the drama that she brought affected the club. I suspect the dude she got caught with OTC was probably a big spender with several of the girls and he's no longer allowed to visit the club, costing all of the girls $$. That would certainly explain her falling out of favor.
