Two weeks ago on a Friday night whenever I was there late, there were a couple guys playing pool while I was inside, and when I was walking to my truck, the one guy kept yelling insults at me trying to make me mad or get me to fight him. That was the first time anything like that happened to me at that place. Seems like it's getting a little bit violent / thuggish.

Like you said he's a slumlord. I mean he doesn't even fix simple things like there not being a paper towel dispenser in the mens room at ogd. I'd guess both bars are in his name. Pretty sure he owned it before he married autumn. It is a huge space. They didn't need to have both bar stations being used but it could have been better managed. He'll probably just sell the liquor license and be done with lusty.

It's the whole building, he only owns the bar portion. Not sure how the bar will be renovated and not the whole building.

I would be surprised if it reopens. Don't think it could meet code and the price would be to high. Maybe Stan should buy CW and make it Lusty's II? Nice small bar where the action would up close and personal. Just thinking LOL.
