What is the best strip club to go in Akron during the weekdays and what is the best on weekends?

My first strip club in Akron. What a dive! My kind of place. It makes Detroit dives seem up-scale. I got there about 1 pm. Nice parking lot right on Main felt safe, of course it was early afternoon. No cover charge! Free parking!

When I sat down at the bar I observed a blond giving a bar dance. My bottled water was $3, in Detroit it's $6.50 or $10. I eventually got some bar dances from Sky. She's chunky, not very attractive, but she had nice titties which she let my fondle and suck. Eventually she drained me of my stress, not great but okay.

The little area we used is at the end of the bar by the door with a sheet hanging from a rope. I think there is a more private area, but I didn't ask. My 2 favorite bars near Detroit used to have a VIP room which had a circle of chairs, and everyone getting dances and bjs sitting next to each other, like an orgy room. I liked that, but now they have little booths.

I think I'm going to like Akron.

Yes, all that stuff is still illegal, but no one running Lusty's or OGD cares. Just make sure you have cash to pay the medical bills so your wife won't find out you got a dose of the clap, and know that anything that goes on in the private dance booth at either place is not private. You are on camera and being recorded.

Interesting comments. Didn't go to Lusty's but the booth at OGD is tiny and unless it was camouflaged extraordinarily well, I did not see any camera. Your comments about antibiotics, however, are spot on!

Club 1245 - Decided to stop by this place after a luck luster trip to Jen's Den. There weren't many dancers when I got there (4-5) and there wasn't really a stage all, there is a rectangular bar in the center of the club and on one side were the chair / table dance area and on the far side were the VIP areas. As with the other Akron clubs I visited, the chair / table dances had a very good grind going and the receiving customers seemed to really be enjoying them. There were actually a few more customers than dancers and so I sat near the chair dance area. One attractive dark haired beauty at the bar caught my eye, my eye contact — and then promptly went to the other end of the bar with another guy. I figured that this might have been one of her regulars but shortly afterwards she came over to chat. Her name was Amina and she looked Latina to me. I asked if the other guy was a boyfriend / regular and she said no, that he had just bought some bar dances about the same time we made eye contact. We chatted for while and found out she was from New York but just in town to help look after a sick relative. She told me about the dances — 5/20/30 table / topless VIP / nude VIP. She made it pretty clear that extras were available for the appropriate tip. And even though the VIP couch rooms had a sheer curtain as the privacy barrier— she made good on her word. Also, take out was definitely available as well. Had the "nude" VIP (really a g-string) I think she miss counted my songs and charged me for 5 when we really only had 4 (plus a $110 tip) so it wasn't cheap but she was a nice girl, had a nice body and I had a lot of fun.

Jen's Den. The last time I was in Akron I stopped by this place and had a wonderful and relatively inexpensive time and some numbers from a young lady for take-out. So I had high hopes— this time it was not to be. No cover charge was nice and I didn't feel like drinking any more so no money exchanged there. The last time I got about 8 $5 chair dances and had a marvelous time. I was there for about 20 minutes. There was an overweight blonde on the stage doing a half-hearted routine that I watched- she was the only girl to dance in the thirty minutes or so I stayed but literally none of them struck my fancy. I was eventually approached by two dancers. One, a WOC while was slender and in reasonable shape immediately turned me off by up charging the table / chair dances to $10. I declined her. Then, a moderately overwheight dark haired woman asked me if I wanted a dance. The tables were $5, topless VIP was quoted as $20/ song and nude was $30. This was in light of there being several signs on the wall stating that VIP was $15/ song. Her reply was that the posted signs were "old" and hsven't been updated. I suppose this could have been true but 2/2 of the women who spoke to me were charging higher prices than conventional at this club. So after about 30-40 minutes, I left to go elsewhere.

A couple of other comments. There are beautiful posters of pornstars / dancers on the way to the bathroom— that has no door nor does it have a privacy stall. Second, a somewhat, hyperkinetic bouncer is back by the VIP and, by my observation, is way more intrusive what I was used to.

Was in the area for the weekend and has the same agenda as NavyGuy's previous post. Here are my experiences with the same establishments.

Old Glory Daze -- When I pulled up in the parking lot at about 9:00, there was a group of people (dancers and patrons standing at the entrance smoking. I negotiated that gauntlet and went inside and found the bar — and no one else in there. There was one other patron at the bar and WWF on the TV. Then, I guess the smoke break was over and everyone cane back into to bar area. A stick skinny blonde named Lisa introduced herself to me — she definitely was not right. Intoxicated or high or both. I declined a table dance from her. Then Mary came by — dark hair B-cups and lots of skin art. Said she'd only been at this club for about a week but had danced at other Akron establishments. Got a couple of table dances and touching all over was allowed. The booth with the vinyl curtain closing the opening was the VIP area and as others have mentioned, a full menu is likely available— it certainly was with Mary. I had a great time — but this place is definitely high on the skank meter. But your money will go s long way and you will be relaxed after you leave.

Decided to kill some time and see what was going on.

Start at OGD a little before 8 pm. Afternoon shift was leaving and night shift was trickling in. Didn't see anything appealing. Danielle (SP) was outside waiting for her ride. To me, she comes off kind of bitchy but damn do I love fake tits.

Headed over to Jens and got their a little before 9. There was a mighty heard of woman there but it wasn't for me.

Then to Club1245. Had a soda and a cigarette, waited long enough to see if anyone appealing came out of the dressing room and left disappointed.

That's it. I know there would be more talent closer to 10 pm but a few of those already know me well enough and I was looking for something new.

On a different topic. When Jen's was closed for a couple weeks, there was a young chick named Celeste working at 1245. She looks like a hot mess but it's a hot mess I'd like to get to know. Does anyone know if she works at Jen's or at 1245 and if so, when does she normally work?

It is an upscale club, very nice and pretty good 6-7+ talent. They have pretty decent food as well and have lots of specials.

Not positive on table dance prices but I believe they have topless and nude both dances depending on the room!

I'm from Cleveland and saw that Hush Caberet had a few bands play yesterday, along with strippers of course. I'd never heard of the place and paged through the forums looking for info. Couldn't find much. Is it an upscale place or a dive? Are there some fine looking ladies? Booths / private dances? I'm thinking of taking a ride there early this coming week to explore. Couldn't find much. Is it an upscale place or a dive? Are there some fine looking ladies? Booths / private dances? I'm thinking of taking a ride there early this coming week to explore. I use to frequent some of the Akron area strip clubs a lot back in early to mid 90's (Lisa Caberet, Flashdance, Bottoms Up, Desiree's, Rhonda's Toy Box and Treasure Chest and "The World Famous" Nest). I have begun to start getting back into the local scene. I've checked out Gatsbys North, Desirees, Francois Lounge, OGD and Lustys a little over the past couple of months. I've noticed a lot has obviously changed from back in the 90's, for example: there were some clubs that girls got naked but didn't serve alcohol and then there were the clubs where they served alcohol but the girls couldn't get naked. In fact from what I recall in any club that served alcohol the closest you could get to seeing just nipples was a girl in a wet white t-shirt (ie: Desirees had a whirlpool-like tub that the girls would sometimes use) or a shadow box. Now it seems that pretty much anything goes in the clubs that serve alcohol. I've seen girls at all the clubs I've been to recently show their tits and flash everywhere else. I guess my question, what changed? Did the laws relax or has enforcement relaxed. I seem to remember back in the 90's that the clubs that served alcohol were very careful with not showing nudity to avoid issue with liquor control. Shit, there is a girl that I saw at Lusty's that was topless and every person who she gave a dance to she would grab their hands and place them on her bare tits. I know at Lusty's pretty much anything goes, but is there no fear of danger of losing a liquor license? I guess as a follow up question I am really asking is What is and what isn't legal today? Thanks!

I don't know why XTC isn't talked about more on here. That's where I hung out after I turned 18/21 and I lived 30 minutes from Akron. It was nice. Topless / alcohol on one side, walk through a door and fully nude / soda-only on the other. And the girls would go back and forth.
