I heard the Air Conditioning is some of the best in the Valley.

And most of the remodeled rooms have a new "open floor plan". Better get there soon, these deals won't last much longer! They will be completely SOLD OUT very soon!

We keep separate bank accounts. I do regular withdrawals to cash and deposit to the stash.

All the money sites say pay yourself first.

And Pay for stuff with cash & set aside an extra 20 here & 10 there. Keep the spare cash somewhere safe Lord knows, the kids will spend every single dime if you don't.

I talked to the guy that worked there. It is permanently closed. I wonder where the gay community is going now. I'm a straight guy that has needs, now I don't know where to go.
