Saw a few earlier posts about providers being busted and that is so wrong! I may be preaching to the choir but after Elliot Spitzer (HA HA! ) getting caught, I can't believe that while Muslims were able to bring down the twin towers that law enforcement still has its head so far up its behind that they are still putting so much effort into going after the world's oldest profession and arresting innocent consenting adults! I saw her on Monday and got there about ten minutes early. But there was a vehicle parked in front so I drove past and came back at my appointed time. The previous vehichle was gone when I arrived. Had another fine session with her. Business seems to be good for her.

It boils down to I was the one that was who was subject to the inconvenience as the person before me was late (was that you in the blue & white clown car?) and the guy after me was early.

We all need to be respectful of these providers as if we want quality time inside we had better be able to tell time outside.

If that was you I am sorry you were uncomfortable. Perhaps you should stick to things you fell comfortable with.

A Colonial Heights woman is accused of operating an Internet-based prostitution service that arranged sexual encounters with customers at Chesterfield County motels.

Amy D. Lamb, 34, of the 200 block of Piedmont Avenue was arrested last week and charged with prostitution, money laundering, receiving money from the earnings of a prostitute and receiving money for the procurement of a prostitute. All the charges stemmed from an incident that occurred Aug. 29, Chesterfield police said.

She is the second person arrested in Chesterfield this year on charges related to Internet-based escort businesses that provide women for prostitution and other erotic services.

In the more recent case, clients seeking sexual favors would go to a Web site -- which police declined to name yesterday -- where Lamb would arrange for them to meet a woman at a Chesterfield motel, said Chesterfield police Capt. Lorrie Smith.

A county police detective posed as a customer and arranged through Lamb to meet one of the service's women. Lamb was then arrested at the agreed-upon location, Smith said.

"It's basically the same as regular prostitution," Smith said.

The case is similar to, but not related to, another case police made in January against a 51-year-old Chesterfield man.

In that case, William H. Snyder pleaded guilty last month to charges related to an Internet prostitution ring he operated from an escort-service Web site.

According to evidence, Snyder set up the Web site where customers could make appointments with women and receive various erotic services, such as massages, private dances, stripper sessions and overnight and weekend dates.

After being contacted by a client, Snyder would arrange for them to meet a woman at one of several motels along Jefferson Davis Highway near Willis Road.

Snyder would wait in the parking lot while the women were in the motel, and they would call him from their rooms to confirm payment and their safety. Afterward, they would meet him in the lot and give him a portion of their earnings, usually 15 percent to 25 percent, according to a summary of evidence at his trial.

Snyder faces up to 50 years in prison and $600,000 in fines when he is sentenced Dec. 1.

Lamb is scheduled to appear Nov. 24 in Chesterfield General District Court.
