Is sunny still a thing? I drove by there a couple months ago and they didn't look like they were open anymore. I heard previously that they shut down during covid and they had a fairly open menu?

Seem like a number of places are going under changing the services rendered. Here is some information.

Sisters closing.

Co-Co's Courthouse open sign off for over a week.

Garden of Eden Courthouse closed and vacant.

Old YY on Huguenot pretty straight. Above average massage and on par hand shake.

Authentic Waterford New owner and the great Anna left. They are working on being very legit.

Sunny on Busy St Still the same desirable Anna fairly good massage and typical hand shake.

LJS closed. Consolidated to 3rd. Got text Friday of new girl there.

So question what is the new business model being missed and what is to be going forward and rise to the top of the market..

I hope a shift towards Petersburg or colonial heights happens. Lower building rates and still right off the highway and has vsu close. The big negative is colonial heights police don't seem to mind their business whatsoever. Phoenix being the only parlor south of rt 10 I think is an opportunity to have some income. Especially if it's like 3rd or are fallen castle LJs.

Talk about being under new management. I hadn't been to Kelly in a while (in Merchant's Walk). Whenever I've been there I'm reminded about the old Stones song about going down to the demonstration to get my fair share of abuse. I was in the mood for being scowled at by septuagenarian (I'm kinky like that LOL) and I go in an there's 2 young fillies in there, both of their ages added would be less than the last lady there. I ask where the "older" lady was and was told "old owner sold; she went back to New York". And, guess what? They have a table shower. Hell, yeh.

Decent English; C- massage skills (I don't care); flirty; fun; They're young and have hands and know old men have money and they're OK with that. Anything else available? I didn't ask and don't care. Price of the massage went up $10 but hasn't everything? Instead of a 50 and a 10 it's now a 50 and a 20 -I don't mind. I'm trying to spend my 401 K before it reaches zero. I can't remember the last time a woman under 30 saw my butt -good times. I tipped a Grant for the massage and a Jackson for the table shower. Things are picking up in River City. Looks like a new place "Greek" at Bellgrade. Kelly and Lee (which is right up the street). What's going on? Now, where's a guy to go to get scowled at?

The "septuagenarian" did give a great massage and a very thorough shower. I was wondering why I have a missed call from Kelly on my caller I'd.

Took a motorcycle ride to Huguenot Rd in Midlothian. Hit the Polo Massage due to the great reviews. I should have stuck with our Oasis or Seasons or a BJ from our local talent for the same admission. Girl said her name was Cindy (was hoping for Wendy but she wasn't there) Massage was almost painful / non existent. Chest reminded me of pancakes and finish reminded me of a plumber jack hammering up concrete. Anyways, I have it a shot for for AMPs I'll stick to further west on 60 or 360. Hey guys, I hate making these type of posts but I'm traveling and will be going by the Richmond area late Thursday. I'm from a small town where the local scene is abysmal, and I was wondering if anyone may be able to give me tips on locations to visit while I'm in town. I'm looking for places with younger people, as I'm pretty young myself, and all I see back home are old scraps.

Anyway, I'm going to read through the forum to try and get an idea but I was hoping someone may be able to save me some time and headache. I don't post in this section often because I'm not from here, but I'm not a new member, if that means anything. Thanks!
