I hope a shift towards Petersburg or colonial heights happens. Lower building rates and still right off the highway and has vsu close. The big negative is colonial heights police don't seem to mind their business whatsoever. Phoenix being the only parlor south of rt 10 I think is an opportunity to have some income. Especially if it's like 3rd or are fallen castle LJs.

Took a motorcycle ride to Huguenot Rd in Midlothian. Hit the Polo Massage due to the great reviews. I should have stuck with our Oasis or Seasons or a BJ from our local talent for the same admission.
