I have noticed that with several of these Asian girls. Hygiene practices for these gals are a little different to put it nicely. Most don't shave either which can cause some problems if they don't bath properly. LOL!

IDK if there is something in the diet that punishes their teeth, but I've also noticed that all of their teeth are dark brown. And bad breath is very common. Haven't met one that a good face mask 😷 couldn't fix though. It is part of the game though. But I sure prefer that over sores, pustules, and collapsed vains from Mankey. About 9 years ago. I viewed that building for a possible office space location. This was before the massage parlor went in. I looked at both that space and the floor above it.

At the time, there was a single tenant on the sub-level.

It is a very old building and was never updated to serve as modern office space. I could clearly hear the sub-level tenant as I was walking around.

The noise issue would not be from neighbors on the outside. But instead people above and below. Being able to hear everything through the thin walls.

In terms of foot traffic, it's a pretty low-key place, I really can't imagine what the neighbors would complain about other than parking behind the building which is really tight. A while back one of you guys did a very impressive job backing in a F350 super duty which took up anyway to get in to park in the other spaces. You guys who frequent that place know what I'm talking about.
