I have been here a few times and wanted to post my experience. Had a dream that I actually found LJS after all of the clues! Very strange dream as I arrived the door opens behind the door is a small spinner type lady I say I understand you have some plumbing that needs to be taken care of. She says yes come on in. I am sorry this has to be my first post. I will pay it back in reviews and tips to new mongers. You are correct and thank you for not knocking. 3rd has been typically by appointment. Consider it a private club. I was recently interrupted 3 x during my visit, by walk ups. It upsets Julie, it sure the hell upset me and by ringing multiple times, if you have been inside, the very loud doorbell, kills all vibe. Also. She has to answer, because there are neighbours. Do research, get the number. Make a connection at LJS and when they land there, they will text you the location.
