Each locality's Drug Court is different. Henrico is the hardest in the metro region. Judge Marshall is notorious for not tolerating bullshit. The three primary criteria are:

1. Stay clean.

2. Be honest.

3. Be on time.

Literally every time I've observed a drug court session (they're open to the public) the judges say "If you do 2 and 3, we can help you with number 1. ".

The unwritten 4th rule is to do exactly what they say. The folks that insist on trying to do things their way, or don't get how important it is to do what the judge says *and* do it when and how he tells them to, generally don't last.

You might be right. I know another girl who is on vacation in the Henrico Hilton and when I looked her up last week she had a court date for next month but when I looked her up today they aren't showing a court date.

That place really did go downhill with new ownership. But heard from one of the girls that posts there some transvestite lover from texas made complaints because he hates the owners. She had no idea if it was comning back up or not.
