They don't even have to be actually racists. If the tactic were to be questioned (which it would not) the reply is obvious: "your honor, it is not uncommon for women placing these ads to express a racial preference in their clientele. In order to appear genuine, we created some of our ads with that sort of preference. The defendant initiated contact purely on the basis of that ad, proving it's effectiveness". Go to jail, do not pass go. THERE IS NO MAGIC COMBINATION OF WORDS TO PROVE ANY ONE AD IS NOT THE POLICE.
