That info is helpful, but I'm not as positive as her about offshore hosting bring "safe". Australia and Germany both have extradition and other related treaties with the US that could cause those countries to shut down US access to those sites if the US Justice Dept requested it. Blocking all access from a given country at the server is very do-able (note how BP is doing this.) Offshore hosting is really only a savior where the country doesn't reciprocate with the US on enforcement. And in that case, the DOJ could conceivably demand that US ISPs block those sites, meaning we become just like China and Russia on controlling public access to content.

Hey guys. Been a couple of months since I've been active. Took a breather to concentrate on a girl that, well, we all know how it goes. All good things come to an end.
