I had same occurrence with tingling. I used Healthlabs.com Able to set testing up online. Paid with gift card online. Used monger email. All was anon. I went to LabCorp for them to do blood draw. No I'd check. Cost was $139 for a full panel. The tingling started dissipating after negative results received. Get tested. Don't assume its in your head. But it may be.
