I have recently experienced the same thing. And the bad thing is you are trying to help the board with new blood and it get's abused by a few. And the girls you are trying to help blame you for sending the wierdo's their way. It becomes an issue of who do you share with or do you keep it to yourself so as not ruin a good thing you have found.

I know of a few. But you're not going to get that special rate unless you've become a regular and catch them in their desperate moments.

In it for the money, yes. It's called the oldest 'profession' for a reason. And some providers have a better business sense than others. Some have better customer service than others. Some have a business plan and others are picking up part time cash. I wonder what percentage of providers are actually looking for a White Knight?

While some of those repeat clients catch feelings so the cut them off.

I would venture to say that most of us who follow this path have an addiction -some worse than others. You probably need treatment.
