Some people may not know this, but there is an app called Mr. Number (I'm sure there are others). It's used to block spam and unwanted texts. There is also a section where someone can "report" you to others. You can look up your number and see if anyone has either labeled it as spam or if someone wrote a comment about you.

I was dating a woman who warned me that my number had shown up on the app. It was from a provider who I had tried to contact 3 times in the course of a month who was advertising but never picked up. Thanks for the update. I got screened and verified with them awhile back, but I've been trying to make an appointment with them and they haven't been responding.
