Saw a walker, mixed female by 495 and 236 , she walked from safeway roughly torwards the 711, saw her swung by but was gonw. Later caught her on the road again but was outscooped. Saw a black female. Who looks homeless setting up the spot to sleep close by swung by and asked if she wanted to make some cash but she was out of it.

Time was after 1 am.

I frequent Woodbridge I drive up rt 1 from Dumfries to Lorton and that way is usually dead there used to be some motion going on a couple of years back by the 7-11 on pw parkway but they fenced it off and cut most of the trees where the fiendish ones would loiter around at. Yes, read up on my posts about sws and I have stated where I caught and saw them. As compared to other areas sws in this area are not out often and In force. Yet though the drives I've down you will spot them. The consistency factor is limited but appears to mimic traffic patterns.
