Can't say about about bookalatina, but Elitemodels rates are HHR 220-250 and 1 HR for 300 - 350. There isn't an option for 2 HHR and I've bebee seen the rates differ from that.

If you have references handy, screening isn't bad. If you don't, it's subjective to how intrusive it can be. They were asking for job info / picture proof back in August.
