It's rare that you will get everything you want for that price. You're either going to get a crappy massage with maybe FS if she likes you or you'll get a decent massage and upsell from hell. He'll get away with this for a while. No working girl is going to call the police. That's like a drug dealer getting robbed and calling the police.
