If you want a hair cut and HE you can check out Demi cuts who is an independent who works out in Chantilly. She advertises on rub ratings frequently. Nah there used to be some old independent provider like Ann or Annie in Annandale, but that is about is as far as I know. Even for indy, there isn't many white chicks providing FBMS.
