She hit me up for money at the 7/11 and claimed she needed money for a room at the Super 8. Next time I will bluntly ask her what do I have to lose? What kind of pride does a panhandler have?

What are the best times to ride around Manassas looking for a SW?

We don't have the normal SWers here. We occasionally have girls walking from one hotel to another and if you're lucky enough, they might be providing.

There are no loops, just girls down on their luck. If a female approaches you for money, just ask if she's willing to earn it instead.

No dice today. Passed through an area that had previous reporting. Drove around the McDonalds off Balls Ford and looped up around the Sonic. Only possible I saw was a couple that walked to the McDonalds outdoor seating area from the Notel across the street. Not sure if she was in the game and the dude was her handler or if they just a regular couple but they stayed there for quite a while. I passed through about an hour later and they were still sitting at the same table.

Is there a better loop to check out? Where are you guys seeing activity in the areas?

There really isn't a standard loop anymore. PW and Manassas cops tend to crackdown on the street action. So it's really just a matter of right place, right time to get lucky. Any gas station / convenience store / fast food along 234 has a chance of having a friendly lady around. If not a regular walker a lady who might just need some cash. I've weirdly had luck at a few of the laundromats in Manassas.

The other evening I was getting Wendy's on 234 business near the mall and a blonde mid 20's girl was on a bike and smoking a cigarette. She asked for a few dollars but I turned her down. I'm positive she would've did some mic work but I was too hungry to think about sex.

Came across an average civie looking pawg on rt1 in Triangle, was walking south bound just short of the ice cream shack. Parked with windows down and waited for her to walk by. She initiated conversation which led to her getting in and going for a ride. One thing led to another and soon we were parked where she was BBBJTCIM for. 4. Was wearing a wristband from the clinic up the street and no digits so assuming there's a monkey involved but she was as normal as anyone's GND with looks to match. No marks anywhere on her and I saw every inch. Said she recently re-located to Triangle from Haymarket. Keep an eye out and report back.

I have never seen a police department in Florida especially Palm Beach Broward ordade that does not have a policy that female officers undercover are not allowed to enter a vehicle during an undercover thing the risks are too high to the female officer that she will get hurt or at the very least the John will get in a high-speed Pursuit so they all have policies that say she cannot enter the vehicle the Undercovers will always stand at your window and try to negotiate a deal, they will ask you what you want they will ask how much you're willing to pay and that's all they need to get you. If she gets in the car you just offer her a ride unless she's a real scumbag lying undercover cop you have a 99% chance she's not a cop as soon as she gets in your car and starts riding with you. Logistically when you drive off that is a nightmare for the other cops protecting her to stop a problem if you pull out a gun or do something like that she's pretty much on her own although most of the undercover female cops are carrying a gun they still have to get to it in time and things can happen. But it's always good to just turn to her after you drive a block or so and say LEO check or can you prove you're not a cop every girl working knows to grab your cock, but if you're still a newbie and extremely paranoid you can always then say to them just in case you're a cop and you're recording me on a hidden recording device what did you just do to me.

At approximately 6 PM today there was a blonde woman mid to late 30's panhandling at the corner of John Moreth Drive at a little river turnpike in Annandale. She looked good, if a little tired nice tits decent legs wearing denim shorts and a blue tank top. Large tattoo on her left thigh. Because I have a house full of kids right now I didn't try to pick her up and was not able to see if someone was watching over her. Would like to hear your ideas regarding the situation.

Once, I was in a strip mall off of Reston Parkway and there was a blonde panhandler working the parking lot. She looked 40's, tired, a bit dusty, but not ugly. She asked me for $ and I said if I had the time, I would invite you to my backseat and talk about her story. There were a few sparks but I could not engage, I was in a rush.

Summary: the list always says to get them in the car before making a talking $ because if they get in the car, they are less likely to be Auntie LEO. So next time, invite her in the ride and toftt.
