In my experience, they always know if they're going to offer FS or not. Doesn't make a difference how much money you offer.

Now of course, YMMV, however I just don't see it any different. The one exception to this, is that they will take, for example, $ for a standard finish, no OTC or anything, which I think is highly too much for the standard. But they are just like any other employee of a business--minimum work, and maximum pay.

Mclaws TS is weird though. Massage table with a yoga mat on it in a room that used to be a stand up shower!! She was pretty good at teasing though.

Please forgive my ignorance. Would someone please explain "levels" to me? I. e. , level 1, 2, etc.

I know standard finishes and such, but this "Levels" thing seems new to me.

I have always gone by what I have read in other forums that level 1 HJ, level 2 oral, level 3 FS.

Thank you. This was a level 2 experience. Caps intended! As I privately responded to someone, she was very into me, so I suspect this was an abnormal occurrence for her.
