Was passing through Fed Way and got the urge to hit up Spring Foot (288th / Military Rd) again. It's been a little while, and I really like this place. It's probably my favorite spot in Fed Way now. I think it may have changed the name back to A&B Massage.

Anyway, it's an Asian AMP located on the 163rd block of Pac Ave in Spanaway. It's well lit, and located on the end of a red, single story building on the West side of the street. Just looked, and Rmaps has a recent review (one week old) under the listing for "Tulip".
