Owning the business and owning the building are two different things, few strip club owners are going to buy a million $ property they would lease the building thus new owner would not show up on tax records now where to check is the business license and you may have some valuable knowledge.

That's pretty simple. The ownership changed in December. The building (like most businesses) is leased. I actually got the information about the ownership from the head bartender at the Doghouse and a stripper from Kittens. The correct place to look for the change in ownership is the Department of Revenue website. Going there shows that it was purchased by COLACURCIO, RAINEE (if you know the strip club scene, you wouldn't be surprised) on 12/19/2019.
