Are you referring to Be Happy (Listed on RM as being off NE 24th St at Overlake) or a new place? Joyce is supposed to be the go to lady at Be Happy, but she also reportedly overcharges and / or will make you wait until your second visit for any fun to occur.

Saw Anna today at Sea Breeze. First I want to mention that they have heated tables which was very nice, and they had a space heater going so the room was quite toasty. This works for me since I often run cold, but it can def be too much for a lot of others.
