There's a couple places on S Jackson that, depending on your priorities, might be worth it. Lena at Seattle Foot & Body Massage is reliable and affordable, but she's no spring chicken. RockChalk and I have both written about her before.

Nothing on cap hill. 12th and Jackson is your best bet. Any of the row of spots is going to be what you're looking for. Just don't leave anything in your car. That block is super sketchy with addicts and homeless all over the place.

Yesterday, after mailing an item at FedEx in Kent, I decided to go to Blue Lotus Spa. I have been there in the past, and getting anything extra (most was HE / HJ) has been 50/50. She then gave me some lotion and motioned for me to do the HJ myself. I actually tried (normally don't like to do a DIY HJ), but could not come. She wiped that area, and said the massage was done. I did get the full hour.

I was surprised that she did not ask for the house fee up front. As I was leaving, I gave a total of $80, $60 for the house fee and a $20 tip. Normally I don't tip if I get nothing, but she was pleasant.
