They pay upwards of $50 K a person to bring over here and get the Citizenship for their kid. 8 different apartments. 1 girl per apartment a year is 400 K a year in income. Making 10% on your investment of 4 million. Imagine they do two girls to an apartment? 800 k a year. 20% Return on Investment and they are getting citizenships. Fucking the USA twice by not reporting income (not paying taxes) because that money is paid in China before they get to the US and they only report a small but healthy amount of rental income in the US to make it look legit. Then they get another anchor baby in our system skirting the immigration process. Two fucks, and a creampie finish by China to the USA.

These spas are not to wash money. The girls already have a hard time reporting all the cash sales anyway. You open cash businesses and if you own the strip mall you can inflate their rent to a point. Each business you can inject with dirty money every month. That's how you legitimately wash money now. Then you pay a lot of the profits in rent turning "Earned Income" into "passive rental income" that you don't have to pay self employment taxes on. (that's social security and Medicare) You can't do it all through one place as the cash banking laws make that almost impossible now, but you can slide some through a bunch of businesses. As you see though, it's not an easy process to wash money. The leg work and running these businesses to look legitimate is a full time job on it's own. Not to mention, you need a credit score and money to begin with to purchase the strip mall etc. That's why the wash rates are around 30-40%. The fee to wash and paying somebody's tax rate at 24%. You wouldn't want to wash with anybody over a tax rate of 24% else you are losing close to 50% of your money once the wash fee gets tacked on after the tax rate as the tax rate goes up to 32% after 24%.

Q1 - How is money coming to the United States? What I have heard is that the smart money is trying to get their money out of China (into real estate). Vancouver (allegedly) enacted rules restricting foreign investment in housing. So I assume even more money is coming to the Northwest / USA now. Q2 - Can a AMP purchase be used for E2 Business Visa? It seems like an AMP would be relatively low cost way to get a E2 business visa.

This sounds nefarious enough to actually be true and makes a lot of sense. Sad that the rules and these laws that were initailly created to make life easier for poeple are now being exploited. Very frustrating.

Thanks for the expert insight, facinating! This is the part I have trouble beleaving though, almost every time I visit an AMP I'm the only customer, how much money are they really making? My experice is limited, but I almost exclusivly stick to the reviewed, popular shops, and the only time they're busy is following a glowing review by Ausie. I've had several shops near home or work, driven by all times of day, and seen the parking lot always empty. I stop in once, just a granny by herself.

It seems more logical to me that they use the places to clean cash from foreign investors. I don't doubt the nail salons are used the same way, but I think most AMPs have a girl working every room all day long on paper.

So, I had this appointment at a place called Easter Wisdom Massage on State Ave in Marysville. Due to my hectic schedule / travels, I booked ahead and didn't really care who I got. After arriving, Candy gave me a nice hug and introduced herself. . Long black hair, limited English skills, looked to be in prime age like mid twenties. From the get-go, she was going a little too easy on the massage. All good. Had her concentrate on my thigh and legs instead of like the head or back to simplify things.

If you even do some basic math with their prices and then look up what the average nail tech makes in Washington the it's pretty apprent there is a lot of unaccounted for cash.

Not a lot of laundering, just a lot of unreported earnings. They earn about 3 x what's reported. In the restraunt industry they expect a certain ratio of electronic to cash income. Not these places for some reason.

I've been to "Wellness Palace Spa" and "Smile Spa". Those are the names on RM anyway. Neither was FS for me, both standard HE.
