I decided to check out Blue Ocean Day Spa on Highway 99 in Edmonds since there was a review a while back saying there was a younger girl working there. I figured the odds of a young provider still working there would be low but took a chance anyways.

Which ones would you recommend for HJ only in Bellevue?

As I'm in a potentially "use it til I lose it" situation, I've made some runs of late so figured I'd share these around. Time frame in the past 4 months. Tip level was $50 for the HE providers.
