Ever green (Everette way) homeless loitering right outside. Rough neighborhood. You guys like places in rough spots like this? I didn't feel comfy leaving my car for even 10-20 min's there due to the multiple broken or taped over windows w in 200 ft I saw parked. Xanadu Everett (coco) - Similar experience to what searches come up saying (research on here is your best friend) robs, upsell's, difficult to even deal with (games & bs galore as others in search on here have stated!
