If you're talking about the one right next to Mod Pizza. There is a review from Aug 24. It's still very legit. Always has been. Always will be in that location. I think the "New Ownership" or "Grand Opening" banner. Whichever it is. Has been there for at least a decade.

Sorry man, bad news. Here's the review. Looks like purely legit.

There's a new place on 45th just east of the hardware store. I swung by to see what was on offer. I was greeted by an older lady and didn't get the vibe I was looking for.

I decided to keep looking but I was tight on time. Stopped in at Blue Ocean. There was only one girl working. I think her name was Abby. Her English was pretty decent. I paid the normal fee for half hour. Abby either doesn't know how to massage or wasn't interested. The flip came about 60 seconds after I laid down on the table.

Quick negotiation with minimum haggle for everything.

I went a few days ago and was greeted by Melissa or perhaps Lisa. Young, slim, and flirty.
