I usually bring $400-$500 USD to this place: http://www.expressgoldltd.com/ and that gets me arond $520 to $650 CAD to play with. Avoid the banks / ATM's if at all possible. Since I frequent BC often, I have a stash of CAD laying around for whenever the itch presents itself.

Another detail. If your iPhone provider is T-Mobile, there's no additional roaming charges in Canada (or Mexico for that matter). This helps when you have to change plans mid-trip.

If you're going to do international cash, open a Schwab account. Their exchange rate is really good and no fees when you withdraw local cash.

Was in Lynnwood for an errand, had some time so decided to check out Monica massage there, met with middle aged Chinese women she didn't look that enticing, asked for Luna as I had seen a few RM reviews mention her.
