9 pm, I'm cruising & texting with a regular of mine and curb stopped west bound between 20 & 21st & Greenf. 3 black slores quickly approached my vehicle while I was texting, looked in and walked away. Then a dealer comes up to me and trys to sell me dope for my date. Insists I take his number which I did not do. Then yet another black guy is at my window. Asks me if I want anything, suggests a girl and or some fire. Told him I have a date in the works. He says well man "this is my house". If you don't want to purchase anything and you don't want to see one of my girls, I'd appreciate it if you'd wait somewhere else because I'm running a business here and don't need you blocking my view and taking up valuable space for window service. Yep, I got the point and wasn't paying attention to where I had pulled over, preoccupied with my other thoughts. Pretty bold encounter in 6 to 8 minutes. I pulled away thanking my lucky stars and ended up getting stood up also.

There are multiple people hanging out there all night long on both sides of the street. Mainly the north end. Always in the road and crossing the street in front of cars. It's annoying as fuck. Seen LEO there multiple times but nothing ever happens and they keep hangin out there all night doing their thing with no attempt to be discreet. LOL.
