This is the supplement stack I use and I swear by it:

1000 mg of l-arginine twice daily on an empty stomach, 2000 mg l-citrulline 3 times daily. Take these 4 days on, 3 days off. Taking these supplements will increase the amount of nitric oxide in your bloodstream, therefore making your erection bigger and harder. If you use these every day, you will notice diminishing returns. Hence, the 4 on, 3 off schedule.

300 mg pycnogenol once daily. This increases circulation, allowing you to pump more blood to your member. It works hand in hand with l-arginine and l-citrulline. It's also a powerful antioxidant.

1000 mg long jack extract and 500 mg of fadogia agrestis extract once daily. These work together to increase testosterone production. It will also make your balls bigger.

900 mg of vitamin E once daily.

A good, bioavailable multivitamin that is high in vitamin B complex. I take all of these supplements with black seed extract to increase absorption.
