More expensive but for me, Prague is hands down the best place to go for a sex vacation. I've played my fair share in Thailand. I second that forum.

What I will say is every area in Thailand seems to operate a little different. Booking a monger friendly hotel is one option if you're trying to pick up bar girls or streetwalkers. But if you're going to massage parlors or soapy's you do the job right there. It's a lot of fun at a soapy. Prostitution isn't legal there but it's not enforced.

As for the monger friendly hotel, I've found that to be a necessity in Vietnam but not so much Thailand. They have the strange rule in Vietnam with a 2. 5 star hotel and above the girls can't stay past 10 PM. Prior to that it is at the hotel operators discretion. What they will do at the better hotels is collect the girl's I'd when you bring her in and verify her credentials (her work permit and her status as being clean".
