Appleton woman charged with felony prostitution count.

APPLETON — Police arrested a 40-year-old Appleton woman Tuesday on suspicion of prostitution after an investigation that began with an advertisement she posted on a website.

XXXXXXXXXX was charged Wednesday in Outagamie County Court with a felony count of keeping a place of prostitution and misdemeanor prostitution.

An officer contacted XXXXXXXXXX last week through a phone number provided on an ad listing massage services at backpage. Com. The ad also included a website link, which described sexual touching as part of the massage, the criminal complaint says.

The officer made an appointment and arrived Tuesday at XXXXXXXXXX Richmond Street home.

XXXXXXXXXX was served a search warrant and arrested. Officers seized items including condoms, a computer and a cellphone they think was used to arrange appointments.

In an interview with police, XXXXXXXXXX acknowledged touching her clients sexually in exchange for money.

The felony charge carries a maximum six-year prison sentence and $10, 000 fine. XXXXXXXXXX faces up to nine months in jail and a $10, 000 fine if convicted of the misdemeanor.

She will return to court Jan. 30 for a preliminary hearing.

The ads are posted in Entertainer for both GB and FV but more consistently for GB. Where's Oslo is right the quality and age of the girls is dicey at best. A 5 is probably accurate and at 1. 65 that is pretty pricey. Also service can be a little hit or miss. The last attractive young girl with good skills has been gone for about 5 years.
