Of course knowing the girl might have trouble making her house fee on a slow night is a great bargaining tool.

For her or for you? I know that many girls on many nights barely make their house fees and that certainly can be a GREAT bargaining tool for us. But I also sometimes wonder how often they just use the CLAIM that they haven't made their house fee as a means of eliciting our sympathy and getting us to help them out by taking them in the back or tipping them more on stage. The smart girls hide their stash rather than leaving a huge wad of bills showing in their garters, makes their claims of poverty seem much more plausible.

Personally, I always try to use their claims of "not making enough money" as a means to convince them to do a little "moonlighting" with me OUTSIDE the club. IMHO, going for excessive lap dances (or worse yet expensive VIP room sessions) inside the club is just not a good value beyond what is absolutely necessary as a calculated investment towards establishing rapporte and convincing the dancer that you'd be a safe guy to see outside the club. VIP room fees typically run $150-200/half hour or $100/15 minutes plus whatever extra tips they manage to hit you up for. Lap dances typically run $10-30 per 4 minute song depending on which place you go and whether they're currently running a special. And when they do run a special the lap dancing areas are generally pretty full which isn't all that conducive to excessive groping or negotiating for outside business. Even if you use their poverty claims as a means of negotiating cheaper in-house sessions (or to get more action during the "dance"), it is still going to be much more expensive per minute or hour than an outcall will be. With some (many?) of these girls the same amounts that you pay for a 15-30 minute VIP session in the (semi-private) couch area of the club can get you an hour or more of much less restricted sex in a setting of your choice outside the club.

Of course not all dancers will go for that. Some clearly hold back in the back or on stage and thus aren't really good prospects for take-out. Others will lead you on but are really much more interested in keeping you coming back to the club and just sessioning with you there. But many, IF business is really as bad as they CLAIM, can be convinced to do much more with you after-hours. After all they can work a 6-8 hour shift and maybe only make $100-200 (net) or they can come see you for 1-2 hours and make the same amount guaranteed. This is particularly true if you pick a day or night to see them when their club is closed or that is usually a slow night (Friday and Saturday nights bad, sunday afternoons good). That all seems like a no-brainer to me IF their vusiness is really as slow as they claim. It is only a question of how much you'll have to spend on them inside the club before you get them to understand that and agree to it.

I have found that even many of the girls pictured as working at the various strip clubs in the MONTHLY adult biz mags (e.g. Nightmoves, V2, etc.), don't really work there. Of course many do, but a surprising number don't.

Dancers at those clubs are not employees but rather independent contractors. As such they have latitude to come and go (within the constraints established by the club). For the privilege of dancing there they are required to pay fees to club management, bouncers, bartenders, and the DJ. The girls pay for that from the proceeds of their dancing. Monies in excess of that they keep. It can be lucrative but on slow nights a girl might make pittance for an evening shift.

Club owners don't care about the girls in the photo shoots. In fact they probably like it for the free publicity. Although I would not be surprised if kick-backs were involved...

Vegas in St Pete always had current girls when they were doing big photo spreads in V2 or whichever mag that they did heavy ads in. Each month they'd feature a different girl, usually one of the better looking regulars. I remember a couple of the girls being excited about modeling for the thing. Haven't been in there much recently, though, so not sure if that's still true.

Chatting with one of the Vegas girls about that too -- and it's V2 they were fairly heavily advertising in, as opposed to Nightmoves.

I also remember talking to a girl at one of the Adamo Road area clubs, who was doing a "promo" shoot for a club she never worked at. Go figure.

Perhaps they at least technically DID AT THE TIME THE AD PHOTO WAS TAKEN because they showed up at those clubs that night when they were running some sort of photo shoot or contest, but never or rarely ever came back in even the few short weeks between then and when those magazine ads hit the stands. Or maybe it is just a sign of how rapid the turnover can be at these places for all but a relatively small group of regular dancers (not entirely a bad thing if you want a chance to experience some new faces). Unfortunately, the girls in that hard core group of long time regulars aren't always the hottest girls that those clubs would prefer to use to picture in their ads and draw customers into their clubs (hence the reason they bring in ringers on the day of their photo shoots). Any way, if the turnover can be that extreme just between the date of a photo shoot and the monthly publication of a magazine ad, how much more can it be between when they set up their website and the present. As others have pointed out, these clubs usually don't bother updating their sites that regularly. I'm sure that it is unlikely that updating their sites to take down a picture of a hot dancer who has since left their employ is a high priority.

Well, I do appreciate all the feedback. Sorry I didn't know these were ancient, but at least I was able to bring back some memories. Lesson learned on my part.

Thanks to those that have gone before. Went last night, and saw a lot of pretty ladies. Then during one of the many walkarounds, Chevon paused to say hi. When she intorduced herself, I thought I have heard that before, so I would wait for her. Not exactly my type, definetly older. Well she finished up her previous business and came back and off we went after some talk. A really nice lady. She treats you very well, and I treated her very well. More than I usually tip but she enjoyed her work, and didn't ask, beg, or for more. I highly recommend if endings are important.

These pictures are at least five years old. I haven't seen any of these girls at Ybor for the last three years. Also, the Jayden pictured here is not the one currently at the club.

You sir are totally correct. Those pictures are ancient and none of those girls work at YS today.
