Visited 2 days ago at around 1:00 pm, early I know. Club was pretty empty. I hung out for about 30 min. There were 5 latinas, most of them on their phones and just sitting around the bar. These ladies were attractive but just seemed like they were expecting me to approach them. I had been wanting to visit this place for a while and wanted a dance but decided to walk because I didn't have the patience to wait around anymore. Maybe I just went too early. Maybe I'll try again one day.

I had spent some time researching clubs for my recent trip. Initially, I was sort of disappointed about what I was reading about this place. Recent reviews pined for the "good old days" when much fun could be had but present reports suggested that things were not as consistent as they once were. I figured it's always YMMV, regardless of the place and so I temporized my expectations and decided to visit.

This report is a combination of two visits. A Wednesday evening and also a Friday evening both about the 8:00 pm to midnight frame. The cover on Weds was $10 and the cover on Friday was $15. Both had 1 drink minimums (all non alcoholic) and I think water was $6.

Physically, it is a large club. The middle of the front large room is a large stage with a couple of poles. The bar in in the back. There are 3 different regular lap dance rooms in which upholstered cubicles are oriented in such a way that attempts to provide some privacy despite no doors on the individual cubicles. There are three communal lap dance pod rooms; two on the right and one on the left as you are facing the bar. The ones on the right have darker lighting there is a heavy velvet curtain separating these pod rooms from the main room. If these rooms had multiple dances going on at once, the privacy would definitely be limited but I experienced no such problems during any of my dances and the dancers will know which pods have the greatest privacy. Dances in these communal rooms are $25 each and there seem to be frequent 3/$60 dollars specials. You pay $10 to the bar each time you go back with a different dancer; if you go back with the same girl, you only have to pay this $10 once. Once in the rooms, you pay the girl the prices for the dances and depending upon the girl, any negotiated tip..

They also have VIP rooms that are quite spacious with nice couches and stripper murals on the walls. Dance in these rooms are timed beginning at increments of 15 minutes and there is a set amount to the club and to the girl before any negotiated tip. I believe the HF were something like $150/15 mins, $200/30 minutes and onward (I did not partake). There is also an entire upstairs with a bar, another stage and table seating. It was not in use either night I was there.

There is circumferential seating around the large stage. There are also chairs with tables and couches along the recessed walls — the potential capacity of this place would be impressive. On the Wednesday I was there, there were probably about 10 dancers. On Friday, there were probably 15-20. The clientele tended to be older (like me) and the overall vibe is quite chill. The management is observant, attentive, and totally unobtrusive during the proper times.

Over the course of the two evenings, it met an enjoyed several girls. The dancers ranged in age from very young (<20) to 40's. On the two nights I was there, there were no absolute stunners but there were certainly attractive girls and types for all tastes. The ones I remember:

Venu. A young short cute curvy girl from Cambodia with natural C-Ds. She told me that she'd had her butt augmented. It was nice — Papi would surely have approved;.

Katushka - (like the rocket?) a slender older white dancer with MM Cs from Russia. She was sensual and sultry (sort of reminded me of some of the dancers at the Playhouse in New Jersey);.

Indica- a tallish, young petite blonde with nose and lip piercings. Natural As (possibly smaller! She had a marvelous pole routine. Discovered that she used to dance in some of the very lame Central PA clubs (that I had been to and previously reviewed);.

Marisol. A shapely young Cuban dancer, long straight dark hair with natural Cs;.

Selena- young long dark hair (said she is Mexican but born a raised in Florida). Wonder natural Bs with very responsive nipples;.

Rosa. An amazingly cute petite young girl. Shoulder length dark hair. Said she was originally from Puerto Rico. She smelled great!

Little sweety- a young white woman of very short stature. Probably due to achondroplasia (think Tyrion Lanaster on Game of Thrones). She seemed very nice.

I ended up getting dances from Venu, Katushka and Selena all in the communal dance rooms. All had ample privacy and all three were fun enjoyable dances. In my limited experience (depending upon the dancer) the 3/$60 special can easily be negotiated into a 5/$100 or more and / or eliminated all together in favor of a "package deal". It seemed that one could always do a 1/$25 (plus $10 to the bartender) as a "test-drive) and if enjoyable, up grade for longer dance at the above rates but as always, YMMV.

So, I had a very fun time at this place. It's probably a good thing that I don't live in Tampa as my retirement fund would be at risk for early depletion. I will definitely return if I am in the area.

It's been gone for a long time. A trip to YS in 1998 was as good as a trip to Bangkok or Bogota is now.

Happened to be near Chicas on a Friday night so decided to check out the scene there since I've never been. Parking was 20 for "VIP" parking which is just the front and 10 for the back. It was dead so parking attendant was cool enough to let me park in the front for 10. Entrance fee 10. They have security so they pat you down FYI. No alcohol served. All the girls in there were Latina. Huge selection compared to other spots and they have a lot of good looking girls in there especially if you're into huge headlights and big trunks, typical Latina look. One of the girls told me extras are available but unless you're willing to spend don't go here. You have to purchase some bracelet from my understanding just to go to the backroom never got the damage on that but was told 400 by girl for full package and she said "unlimited" time which yall know isn't true. My estimation is for a typical night there for full package you're looking at around 500-600. Not worth it. Was only in there for about 30 min. YMMV.

The old YS may be gone but certainly not forgotten. It's the best (most mileage) on this side of the bay from my scouting. Go to Pinellas for a younger thinner crowd usually. More mileage can be had for less usually too.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Out of towner who has visited some of the Tampa clubs for years, and has dropped some serious coin at Ybor Strip in particular.

Not sure if my standards have changed over the years. But man has YS gone downhill. Years ago they had plenty of not just hot, but Beautiful women. The kind you could take home to mama.

Fast forward to my most recent visit, midweek a couple weeks ago. I know that isn't necessarily the A squad shift, but there were next to no dancers I'd consider to take in the rooms. All with grossly obvious, hideous enhancements (both topside and bottom side), more ink than Bic, and shitty attitudes. Back in the day the girls would sit and talk for a bit. Building rapport to establish a comfort level to be used in the rooms later. Nowadays, the first words out of their mouth are "want to dance" and once you politely inform them you just arrived and need a few minutes to warm up. They stick their nose up and hurry off, never to be seen again.

I've noticed this pattern for multiple visits over the past couple years now. One of these times I'll stop fooling myself and accept that the old YS is gone.

This is from a few months ago, went to Penthouse around lunchtime because I was picking up a friend at the airport and didn't have time to go somewhere else.

Very quiet when I got there at noon, but it gave me time to eat their free lunch, pretty good burger!

Finally at 12:30 some dancers came out and a very pretty tall blonde came to see me. We went back for a couple danse and agreed we would have more fun in the private room.

Agreed to BBBJ for $. 5 on top of the room fee. So yes not cheap but I had just moved to Tampa area and didn't know the local prices.

Now the "funny part", after 5-10 minutes of the above activity, we took a minute break going back to regular dance so I don't finish too early on our 30 minutes time in the room together. At that point the manager walk by and saw her fully nude (she had taken off her bottom), call her out on it, told us the dance is over and asked her to leave. He didn't ask me to leave or anything. Good things I hadn't paid the $. 5 so I'm just out the rest of the room cost.

Anyway I won't go back to Penthouse unless I'm just looking for getting free lunch!

First time visiting Tampa and after reading few reviews, I decided to choose Ybor Strip. I didn't realize that they only served non-alcoholic beer. Maybe I should have done my research more, but besides that overall had a good time. It was pretty dead for a Saturday, got there at 11:30 but started filling up around 12-1. Crazy were pretty good looking and 2 out of 5 had a BBL. Hopped on lap dances when they were 3 for 60 and got to say girls were pretty liberal with being hands on. Damage in the end was $$ . 50 for FS. 8/10 pretty satisfied.

Not sire if it is just the city of tampa or Hillsboro County but if the club is full nude they cannot sell alcohol. YS will sell you a cup you can fill in your car and bring back in.

My friend said he visited CA recently weekday afternoon around 4 pm. Only about 7-8 girls in there I was told and only 3 were good looking he said. Managed to talk to some girl name maya. Previously, I have stopped past Class Act several times during the day shift. There has been a good mix of cuties and each visit was enjoyable. I visited Saturday night to see if the quality of ladies was even better based on some previous reviews. I was a bit surprised to see the line up very disappointing. Most of the ladies were a bit thick around the mid-section, with average looks, and not too interested in working. Curious if this is a new trend or was it just a bad night?

Was actually there Saturday last week and it was a weird vibe between some tweaked out customers (one chick walking around barefoot) and just not a lot of good vines from the ladies working. Only have stopped by a few weekend nights and it's usually a mixed bag with a few real cuties in there but last week was definitely not it. I'm thinking I'll try somewhere else next time I'm over that way, personally.
