Signed up for Odyssey text Rewards and got a text for 1/2 off admission so I decided to pay my first visit to the famous Odyssey. It was a Monday around 7 pm. I gave them the secret password and my admission was reduced 50%. The only issue was that there weren't many girls there. I asked what time the day shift ends and the bartender said around 8 and then the night shift starts at 10-10:30.

I used to be in Tampa quite a bit 10 years ago. It was Ybor Strip back then and was a lot wilder.

I was friends with this light skinned Black dancer by the name of Nautica. In those days I used to make the vodka run for her and the other dancers. They would throw me a 20 and I would comeback with a half dozen dollar items and a fifth of crap vodka.

Yeah they also used to have the coupon in the last couple pages of Creative Loafing. Sadly they no longer do that either. I asked the door guy about that and he told me if I have a smartphone you can pull up their facebook page. He said that you can show him the page to get the discount. Never tried it but might be worth a shot.

I was in Tampa last week bumming around your area for a little are&are. Not my first time partaking in the business in this area, but it had been a few years. I stopped into silks because its convinient to where I stay when I come down. It was early night, around 9 ish, minimal activity, stayed for about one hour tops. Got a dance from one girl who was ok. No interest for anything else, so I moved on. Stopped and got some food then took it into to Secrets. I really only stopped there because I know they serve alcohol, which for some reason seems rare in your area. Where I come from every strip club offers alcohol, but to each city their own. Didn't see anything worth the time there, couple girls who looked like they could be the hottest girls in the trailer park if ya know what I mean, but nothing else. Next onto stixxx. I've been here one time before years ago. Always feels sketch, but then again, I don't mind sketch places. Walked in, paid the overpriced fee, old man couldn't even get off his cell phone to say hello, clearly he could care less which is a plus in my book. Distracted employees always mean more activity. I walked in and saw I was the only one there. It was about midnight or so, maybe later. Four girls, all on their phone, sitting on raggety counches covered in blankets. No one on a stage, only one even acknowledged my presence. Luckily she was a latin carmel hottie whos name escapes me unfortunately, and she was as upfront as you can be without saying too much. Told me it was $ plus. 22 to cover the back fee. Normally I would nego some of the fees, but I just didn't care. She said the $ covered " three songs" but added since it was dead we would be back there as "long as it takes". I agreed, was taken back to a pitch black area, then into a closed door room with a red light. She took out all the tools needed to get the job done, stripped down and got into the praying possition. She didn't ask anything, I didn't say anything. She just went to work with a CBJ. She was going to get up, but I asked her not to and asked if we could just keep things going how they were, she seemed happy too. After we were done, she cleaned everything up, even had wipes and alcohol in her purse which at first made me chuckle to myself but then made me appreciate the cleanlieness of it all.
