He has beat up a few girls and they go back because he lets them stay there free. He is a short old man that is strung out bad on crack. He begs them to come back and cries. I can only speak for me but I've know her for awhile so she knows when I'm out and about. She flags me down and approaches me in stores and such. No problem for me. Try early am.
