My MO is to create a "reason" to be in the area. I am not going to give my reasons, but think about it, who would be driving around the neighborhoods? I can't help you late nighters, I am a daytime, early eve kind of traveller. I have been questioned twice, and both times my "reasons' made sense to the nice officer. For the newbies, don't, I mean don't, try to pick up in a high traffic area. If you get the attention of a prospective hoover dealer point to a side street, or less obvious location. I can pick out a monger by the way he drives, you know LEO can. Looking for colder weather in the north that will bring some decent talent to the area.

So first thing I saw yesterday while scoping around was a short black haired ("butch"dyke") looking girl on 28th, this is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I've seen her on seperate occasions. Cruising last night up and down 34 and was pretty quiet. I was trying to fish for this cute spinner in a little dress but you bastards kept taking her every time I turned to pick her up.
