Great place to monger if you like getting arrested. Just make sure you don't own your car. The police in St Petersburg can take it your car outright when they arrest you, you can bond out of jail, be found innocent and still not get it back! Don't let the girl into the car. All of them have got a place nearby. Go there.

First of all. The triangle is Sherriff Bob jurisdiction, not St Pete, secondly. It's only dangerous scoop territory if your not alert to your surroundings. Read the fucking forum (RTFF) and you'll see most scoops are made in the triangle by mongers who know how to scoop safely.

I do a lot of drive-thru shopping. But rarely scoop. Usually go for online meet ups.

BUT there is a VERY interesting (at least to me) looking female that hangs out around Speedway.

I know. VERY vague.

I've seen her twice. Nice bottom.

Does NOT seem to walk very far away from Speedway. I've seen her on 32nd Ave and 33rd Ave only.

It's been pretty scarce around lately. As stated before the triangle (28th St and from 38th Ave and up to around 62nd Ave and then back down Haines Rd). If you look on a map you will see a "triangle" formed from 28th St and starting at 50th Ave and up to 62nd Ave and, down Haines Rd to 50th Ave and back to 28th St and. Also on 33rd St and between 38th Ave and and 30th Ave and and 35 thSt from 1st Ave and to 5th Ave and. The "triangle" area is pretty hot with police so be careful I usually go by and swing back around couple times to try and be sure noones watching. And the other 2 areas have been getting alot more police presence lately. Also haven't seen very many SW out the past month or 2. The police won't really mess with you unless that see you picking one up or riding with windows down calling them out.

I'm sure you know what your looking for. It's a matter of timing and luck. I like to just sit in one place for an hour or so and wait. Make sure you have a reason ready for sitting in case PoPo gets nosy.

If anyone is heading towards C town, I'm me and I will get you the info you need. I spent 10 years on the loop there, and after a while LEO would pull up and ask me what I was doing there. I told them that I worked for a contractor who flipped houses. Unless I did something stupid like pick a SW up on a busy street, or in front of them, I was not bothererd much. I carried a camera and a notebook binder, and travelled around the neighborhood looking for houses for sale. Here it is a little dfferent. The loop is spread out, and you can miss opportunities alot by just driving. I agree with sitting someplace for a while. The shell on 5th and 34th, a couple places on 28th. If they ask what I'm doing I just say I am returning business calls, and trying to be safe about it.

Apparently I don't know what I'm looking for.

I think the biggest difference I've seen lately is.

1. They used to just stand around or walk the same path back and forth, but IF I see any they're usually walking (to a store, a house l, etc) maybe to stand out less.

2. Six months ago you could see 3 or more strolling the same street, now it might be 1 so they disappear or get scooped alot quicker. It has thinned out alot, maybe winter? But you would think winter would be more because its not sweltering out.

3. They used to walk against traffic looking at every car, the few I have seen seem to know that's what the 5. 0 look for also, they seem to just be walking and maybe just look like walkers, just ask if they need a ride.

4. Perhaps they are strolling somewhere close but not the exact streets. I see alot of people walking past Angelos under the interstate when I loop, down Haines. I have rode through there but haven't seen any down that way, but maybe.

There also seems to be more 5. 0 around 33rd ave and. Haven't seen anything down by 5th to 1st, that was almost a given, but I quit going down there the past 2 weeks so might have changed.

The many trap houses found in or near the triangle. Quite a few actually live in a trap and sometimes they'll move to a different trap or find a temporary captain.
