I think someone died in the drainage ditch (St. Joes Creek) on 28th. I got caught in the mess. Saw two cops come up out of there and I'm pretty sure he said "No hurry" to the others heading in. The ambulance was almost there and cops must have had nothing else to do because there were two more coming down from 54th behind me.

My conclusion was whomever was down there no longer needed help.
