Well when its cold out and that's anything under 60 degrees I have found they arent out much past 7 or 8. I'm mostly around in the winter as I'm from Michigan and live here in the winter. My experience has been mornings and 4-7 in the evening are best. I was out yesterday at 2 pm and only found one, fortunately she was my favorite a BSW BBW with huge tits.
